It may happen an item is not as hoped, or that you ordered the wrong product. Would you like to return or change a product? At Histoparts, this is easy, fast, and convenient. On this page, you can read all there is to know about returning or changing your order or a part of your order.

How to return

Do you want to return an item? That is possible within 14 days after receipt of your order. The return procedure is dependent on the products and the size of the package. So, contact us through: retouren@histoparts.com
As soon as we have received the information below by e-mail, we will contact you as soon as possible – and in any case within 2 business days – regarding handling.

Exchange

At our warehouse, you can trade in an item free of charges for another product. You can change products during the opening hours of the warehouse, from Monday to Friday. You can find the exact opening hours here. We recommend calling in advance, to assure that the products you want are in stock. 

Exchanging or returning parts in-store is only possible upon presentation of an invoice and/or receipt.
