When your order has been delivered to you, you must check it for deficiencies, defects, damage, etc. on the delivery. And in case you note any, you must inform us immediately after delivery until no later than two business days after delivery. Afterwards, the filing of complaints and/or damage reports is no longer possible, and a report can no longer be taken under advisement either. Upon receipt of the package, you must always check the condition and contents of it yourself and in case you suspect damage refuse the package, or notes this to the forwarder who hands over the package to you.
Attention: without this report, you sign for the proper receipt of the goods and a forwarder or sender is no longer liable. We try to ship in the most convenient way for the customer possible. Also, with an eye on damaging of the items, we assess the best way of shipping. Histoparts is not liable, however, for damage which arises in whatever form to the items we deliver and are assembled by you yourself. Before assembly, you must check yourself whether the items are right for its purpose, as is described.
All matters delivered by Histoparts remain the property of Histoparts until the moment that you have fully complied with your payment obligation. All components which are mentioned in the web shop with original component numbers do not have to be original components. These are only mentioned for reference. All pictures serve as an illustration and may deviate from the delivered goods.
