At Histoparts, returning or exchanging items is easy and affordable. If a part doesn’t fit or is defective, you can:
- Exchange it: Free of charge at our warehouse during opening hours (Monday to Friday). Please call us in advance to check availability.
- Return it: Report your return within 14 days by emailing retouren@histoparts.com. Include the following details: article number, name/company name, reason for return, and phone number.

How long is the warranty on purchased parts?
