Does your package not have the standard size for PostNL?
No problem. The range of our products consists largely of parts that 'fall' within the standard rates. If this isn't the case, the rate within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg will be adjusted automatically. So you know in advance what the shipping costs are. For the other countries we will offer the shipping amount as competitively as possible.
Good to know
- If possible we will send your order in a letterbox package.
- Always control your order for deficiencies, defects and/or damage upon delivery. You can report such to us no later than within two business days after receipt.
- In case of orders transmitted by phone, we are not liable for the incorrect delivery of the communicated items and/or descriptions.
- In case an order is refused at the door, the (shipping) costs incurred by us are billed by us at all times.
- Batteries or other acidic products are exclusively delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium. No deliveries outside the Netherlands. The shipping costs of a loose battery amount to 12.50 Euros.
- Lights without E-mark can therefore not be shipped to Germany.
