Ford 2600
In 1975, Ford released a new utility tractor under the name Ford 2600. This tractor had a petrol or diesel engine with 38 hp. Both variants of this model were equipped with an engine with an oil capacity of 7 litres. The Ford 2600 was one of the upgrades to the Ford X600 series and was the successor to the Ford 2000. Among other things, improvements were made to the hydraulics and the engine. The Ford 2600 was eventually produced until 1981.
Both the petrol and diesel engines have original three cylinders and are rated for 2000 rpm. The transmission system has 8 forward and 2 reverse speeds. The serial numbers of this model are located on the right side of the Ford 2600. To be precise, behind the starter motor of the tractor. The Ford 2600 Utility tractor has 2WD, power steering and differential mechanically expanding disc brakes. Unlike the Ford 2000, the Ford 2600 did not have a four-wheel drive version.
Ford 3600
The Ford 3600 was produced from the 1970s by Ford in Basildon, England. Later, this model was also produced under licence in Hattat, Turkey. The Ford 3600 agricultural tractor is standard equipped with a Ford diesel 3-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, which has 48 hp. The tractor is produced with a Ford 2.9-cyl diesel and Ford 2.9L 3-cyl petrol engine. Both variants of the Ford 3600 have a 49.2 litre fuel tank.
The Ford 3600 is a 2WD utility tractor produced by Ford from 1975 to 1981. The tractor was produced with two different transmissions. A transmission with 6 forward speeds and 2 reverse speeds or a synchromesh transmission with dry disc clutch and 8 forward speeds and 2 reverse speeds.
