Product description
Tank Cure Coating: Tank Cure Coating is a solvent-free 2-component epoxy coating with excellent fuel and oil resistance. Can be used on the inside of metal tanks. To guarantee a good result, pre-treat the tank with Tank Cure Cleaner and Tank Cure Deruster. Mix both components thoroughly and fill the tank with this. Then close the filling opening. Now slowly rotate the tank in all directions so that the coating reaches all points on the inside. Do this for 15 minutes and then drain the excess liquid through the filling opening. After curing for at least 7 days at room temperature, the tank can be put back into use. A 600 gram set is suitable for treating a motorcycle tank of up to 20 to 24 liters.
Tankcure Cleaner: The Tank Cure Cleaner is a strong cleaning agent to make your tank free of grease. We recommend always using this product because it guarantees good adhesion of the coating. This product is indispensable, especially when it comes to tanks that have been used for mixed lubrication or diesel. Fill the tank with Tank Cure Cleaner. Then close the filling opening; Now turn and shake the tank in all directions so that the cleaner reaches all points on the inside (Let the cleaner work and shake again). Then drain the cleaner through the filling opening. Then treat a rusted tank with Tank Cure Deruster. Rinse a stainless tank with tap water and allow it to dry thoroughly before applying the Tank Cure Coating. The minimum processing temperature is 18ºC. Consume 500 ml for a 20 liter tank.
Tank Cure Rust Remover: The Tank Cure Deruster is an etching primer. We recommend always using this product, even if there is no rust. Fill the tank with Tank Cure Deruster. Then close the filling opening; Now turn and shake the tank in all directions so that the cleaner reaches all points on the inside (if necessary add gravel or steel parkers to loosen rust). Then drain the cleaner through the filling opening. Rinse the tank thoroughly with water and allow it to dry thoroughly before applying the Tank Cure Coating. The minimum processing temperature is 18ºC. Consume 500 ml for a 20 liter tank.
