If you need to separate your tractor, for example, to replace the clutch, you'll need these special rails. The fixed end goes under the rear of the tractor, and the movable part is securely placed under the clutch housing or engine oilsump, depending on the situation.
Don't forget to properly stabilize your front axle with wooden chocks, for example.
