When you purchase a product from us, you are entitled to a good product, on condition you use the product in a regular manner. Histoparts delivers products with a standard 12-month warranty term. In case a product didn’t meet your expectations, we will fully comply with the warranty clauses from the Netherlands Civil Code towards you. For this, you must in any event contact us within two months after discovery of the defect.
After your notification, we will investigate whether we can simply resolve the defect or whether we can replace the product and/or the defective parts. If such is entirely impossible, or not possible on short notice, then we will offer you the possibility to rescind the agreement.
Labour charge for fitting or consequential damage is not given by our company. Parts which are fitted and fail after a short period must have a full report detailing the problem (it is not adequate to list 'faulty' as a reason) We need to know the exact problem so that we can examine the goods properly upon return. Failure to list proper cause will cause a delay in processing your credit.
For some of our products, the manufacturer provides additional warranty. If you wish to have more information regarding this warranty, send us an e-mail and we will let you know directly what additional warranty pertains for the manufacturer in case.
This warranty naturally applies without prejudice to the statutory warranty clauses which we must comply with towards you, as described above. We recommend you, therefore, to always contact us first in the event of a defect. We will make sure that the repair of the product will take place in the correct manner.
We ask you to request a return form. It is important to report a defect to us as soon as possible.

After assessment of your application, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You must include this confirmation in your return shipment. Unregistered applications cannot be taken into consideration.

You can send us the item for warranty. This is free. You place the parcel stamp we send you by e-mail on the package and Histoparts also refunds the costs of the return shipment of the repaired or replacement product, on condition the warranty claim is legitimate.
